Contracted by SAS Energy, we delivered mechanical & electrical ballast ground mount system to support a 2760kW solar install for the Baltic Business Quarter in Gateshead, North East England.
We undertook the mechanical & electrical installation of a Van Der Valk East to West Flat Roof Ballast System installed on flat grounded area. The installation consists of 6,068 x 455W PV MODULES. This project was rather challenging due to the grounds we found ourselves working with. This was a solar edge system installing 19 x Inverters build on a bespoke unitstrut framing detail.
